(Camilla Australia Pty Ltd) Terms and Conditions
This Return & Exchange Policy is only available to orders purchased on our Online Boutique.
Camilla Australia Pty Ltd takes great pride in manufacturing quality products and checks each garment prior to dispatching.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Camilla Online we will gladly exchange the item. Alternatively, if you are not satisfied with an exchange we will be happy to issue a store credit or a full refund. All exchange/refund requests are to be made within 7 working days from the initial date of receipt, pending the conditions below are complied with.
Please note that any SALE purchased garment/s will NOT be refunded. An online store credit will be issued for the amount paid.
Only upon receipt of the garment/s will Camilla Australia Pty Ltd dispatch a new garment's. The customer takes all responsibility for the garment/s to be returned to Camilla Australia Pty Ltd and Management reserves the right to reject customers dispute.
Under NO circumstances will a refund be given for the purchase of the Camilla Jewellery or Underwear due to Health Regulations. An online store credit will be issued in its place.
All returned items are not to have been worn; the receipt included in returned package and must have swing tags still attached. Please be advised the original shipping charges are non refundable and if you are exchanging for an alternative item a shipping charge will be applied according to the items chosen.
Return requests must be submitted via email to email@example.com.
Your request will then be directed to our Online Store pending action.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Service Cost Delivery Time Standard Shipping FREE 3-5 Days Overnight AAE Service $25.00 1 Day
Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 3-10 business days. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Since our warehouse is located in Sydney, if your shipping address is located in the NSW Metropolitan area you can expect your package a bit earlier — usually within 2-3 days. Standard Shipping will be via Australian Air Express (AAE). You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of when your order has been shipped and tracking details.
Orders for overnight service must be placed before 12pm AUS EST to be shipped out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends). Overnight service applies to metropolitan areas; rural areas may take a bit longer. Please note bulky items such as cushions and knitwear may not be available for overnight service.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Prices shown on Camilla.com.au are in AUS dollars inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate. Please note international buyers are unable to claim the GST. International buyers hereby accept that they will not be able to claim the GST back from Camilla Australia Pty Ltd.
Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
All prices listed on our site are in AUS dollars, and charged in AUS dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. POLICY AND TERMS
By placing an order with Camilla Australia Pty Ltd, you are responsible for original shipping charges, and the cost of return shipping back to Camilla Australia Pty Ltd.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on Camilla.com.au from time to time.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon purchase of your order by Camilla Australia Pty Ltd. You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit card to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Camilla Australia Pty Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Please note you must be 18+ to order on Camilla.com.au.
Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Camilla.com.au, to make online payments as secure as possible Camilla Australia Pty Ltd uses ANZ Limited secure E-gate System.
Tracking your order
You can check the current status of your shipment by signing into your account and selecting ORDER STATUS. Simply type in your unique airway bill number which we emailed to you, and we will track your shipment for you. www.camilla.com.au will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.
Gift voucher can be purchased via the Camilla Online store. Voucher are valid for 12 months and are non transferrable. Vouchers not used within the 12 month timeframe expire and cannot be extended.
Gift vouchers purchased from Camilla Online cannot be used in Camilla Boutiques. Nor can Camilla Boutique vouchers be used Online.
At Camilla Online we respect your privacy. We collect personal information only for the purposes of fulfilling your order. This may include your name, email address, phone numbers, home address and shipping details.
We may also use the information to assist in providing you with relevant information about our product and special offers that may be of interest to you but only if you subscribe to our newsletter.
Any information that we no longer require is destroyed securely. An exception to this may be retention of the information for data analysis. However, if this occurs then the information will be retained in a form that does not allow you to be identified from that information.
We may also use personal information to perform credit checks, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.
