Shipping Information

All deliveries are made by registered courier whereby you can track your order every step of the way. Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday, so please ensure that your shipping address will be attended as a signature will be requested upon delivery.

All orders are shipped before 12pm Monday – Friday AEST. Orders made with our express Australia Post service will need to be placed before 12pm AEST in order to be delivered the following day (excluding public holidays and weekends). Please allow 1-3 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan area. Delivery times are an estimate only and CAMILLA will not be liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

*DURING SALE PERIODS YOU MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS WITH YOUR ORDERS. PLEASE ALLOW 1-5 DAYS FOR DISPATCH PLUS AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY TIMES.

INTERNATIONAL NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

All product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package may incur but for more information please contact your local customs office directly.

Please note: That in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if the customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

During sale periods, orders may be subject to delay, so please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery.  All overnight AAE orders are dispatched before any standard service. Please contact our Customer Care team if you need your garment urgently.
