All deliveries are made by registered courier whereby you can track your order every step of the way. Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday, so please ensure that your shipping address will be attended as a signature will be requested upon delivery.
All orders are shipped before 12pm Monday – Friday AEST. Orders made with our overnight AAE service will need to be placed before 12pm AEST in order to be delivered the following day (excluding public holidays and weekends). Please allow 1-3 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan area. Delivery times are an estimate only and CAMILLA will not be liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders that are submitted with PO Boxes will be contacted for an alternate delivery address.
Please note: Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

SAME DAY DELIVERY WITHIN SYDNEY - WANT IT NOW
CAMILLA’s eBoutique has partnered with 'Want It Now' to offer our Sydney customers same day delivery options direct to your door.
This service is a 3 hour delivery service when you purchase prior to 3pm.If the purchase is placed after 3pm, the order will be sent as next day delivery. This service is available only for deliveries within 60km of Rockdale in Sydney NSW, Australia.
- Orders need to be placed before 3pm for same day delivery.
- Prices start from $18 and will be calculated at checkout.
- You will receive an SMS reminder 1 hour before your nominated timeslot is to begin and again when the driver is 30 minutes from delivery. Deliveries can be tracked down to the minute, using the 'Want It Now' website or via the iPhone app.
- The driver will require a signature upon delivery.
- If there is no one home when the driver attempts delivery, they will make contact via the mobile number provided and with your permission can leave your parcel somewhere safe (as nominated by you), for you to collect.
INTERNATIONAL NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
All product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package may incur but for more information please contact your local customs office directly.
Please note: That in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if the customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

CAMILLA accepts cancellation of orders/items if you email online@camilla.com.au within 1hr of you making your purchase. Orders are dispatched at 12pm AEST from our warehouse and we are unable to make any changes after your order has been processed.
