RETURNS & EXCHANGES
eBoutique Return & Exchange Policy
At CAMILLA we take great pride in our reputation for quality. We will at our discretion provide you with a refund, exchange (based on stock availability) or an eBoutique credit only where:
- The item is in saleable condition, in its original packaging with all tags still attached;
- The item has not been worn, damaged or washed;
- The item is returned within 10 business days. Returns after this period will not be accepted; and
- The original invoice is provided by you as proof of purchase.
Where required CAMILLA will provide you with a refund for items that:
- Are faulty (unless caused by you);
a) Faulty garments are only accepted 6 months after purchase and will need to be sent to our Head Office for assessment.
- Have been wrongly described; and/or
- Are different to the goods that you ordered.
The following items are not returnable:
- Hair accessories;
- Jewelry; and
- Intimates, bodysuits and swimwear.
These are eBoutique terms & conditions only and differ to our in-store terms & conditions. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase. If you receive eBoutique store credit your account will be credited automatically.
Please note: Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. If a sale item is returned an eBoutique credit will be added automatically. Eboutique credits are valid for 6 months only.

How to return or exchange
Making a return or exchange is easy.
- Please email online@camilla.com.au to request a returns authorisation number. Returns will not be accepted without appropriate paperwork and a RA#.
- Please fill out the eBoutique online returns form (sent with your original order) or click here to download your copy
- Send the return/exchange form with your return item(s) to :

eBoutique customer return shipping
Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable to ensure safe and documented delivery. CAMILLA takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are responsibility of the customer.
CAMILLA will reimburse shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty. Reasonable documentation/receipt must be provided.

eBoutique limitations
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns purchased online through our Camilla boutiques, David Jones or from other Camilla stockists.
The following items are non-returnable: hair accessories, jewelry, intimates, bodysuits and swimwear, unless deemed faulty.
Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. If a sale item is returned an eBoutique credit will be added automatically. Eboutique credits are valid for 6 months only.
The CAMILLA eBoutique are happy to accept and exchange shoes that have not been worn outdoors and/or on textured surfaces. Shoes should be returned unmarked in their original, undamaged shoe box. If shoes are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles they will not be accepted, and will be sent back to customer.

Canceling your order
CAMILLA accepts cancellation of orders/items if you email online@camilla.com.au within 1hr of you making your purchase. Orders are dispatched at 12pm AEST from our warehouse and we are unable to make any changes after your order has been processed.

eBoutique late returns
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 10 business days. Returns outside these timeframes can be accepted at the discretion of CAMILLA and will only be refunded as an eBoutique credit.

Receiving A Refund
Once our eBoutique has received your item(s), your return will be processed within 3 business days of us receiving it. Your refund will be either credited to your credit card or CAMILLA eBoutique account.

eBoutique Gift/Gift card returns
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for another item for the same or greater amount only, otherwise you can receive an eBoutique credit which is valid for 6months. Gift cards or gift card purchases cannot be refund.
Please note: Gifts must be returned within 14 days of initial receipt. These are eBoutique terms & conditions only and differ to our in-store terms & conditions.

eBoutique holiday season returns
We have extended the dates for our holiday season returns policy to make purchasing a gift even easier. Orders placed between Monday, 17th December 2012 and Sunday, 30th December 2012 can be exchanged or returned for a refund if returned back by Monday, 7th January 2013.
Please note: Our offices will be closed between Saturday, 22nd December 2012 to Sunday, 6th January 2013 – exchanges and refunds will not be processed during this time. All orders will still be shipped during the holiday season.
