I need to change something on my order. How do i do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. All orders are finalised and shipped at 12pm AEST each day. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

HOW DO I USE MY EBOUTIQUE CREDIT?

  1. Log into your CAMILLA account (email address & password).
  2. Add your selected items to your cart.
  3. Once at step 4 (payment information) click on option eBoutique credit to deduct the credits from your total.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE OF MY EBOUTIQUE CREDIT?

  1. Sign into your CAMILLA eBoutique account.
  2. Once in your CAMILLA account, select MY CREDITS in the menu.
  3. Your balance will show at the top of the MY CREDITS page

DO YOU DO LAYBYS?

CAMILLA Online eBoutique does not accept laybys, however our CAMILLA Boutiques do. All laybys are valid for 4 weeks and require a 20% deposit. Click on this link to locate the closest CAMILLA boutique to you

MY ORDER WON’T GO THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Here are some tips:

  1. Check your credit card information, billing and shipping address are correct
  2. Only press the PLACE ORDER button once
  3. Try changing your browser. Our site works best using Safari or Google Chrome.
